A virtual office has the address of an office, the telephone numbers of an office and the receptionist service of an office. It has everything you need in an office except an actual office. You are not based in our office daily but have access to meet with clients and conduct meetings in our furnished offices and conference rooms.
So you don’t have to come into the office every day. We are here every day.  We are here to receive your mail and packages. We are here to answer your calls. We are here to represent you when you are not here. This allows you to go make those sales calls, appointments, meetings or whatever.
Smaller or startup companies use virtual office space as a starting ground to help their future growth. Frequent users also include budding entrepreneurs and consultants of various industries. First you have to know what your needs are. Just like when you’re choosing a new home you should tour several options to find the right fit, feel, and image for you and your business. We understand that businesses go through different changes and our plan options do too. You can try one plan for a few months then change it based on your business needs.
Virtual office contracts are month-to-month (3 month minimum). Office space contracts are three-month, six-month or twelve-month terms.
Yes. Anyone is welcome to use our meeting rooms. You can reserve a room by calling 901-820-4600, emailing RBCAdmin@boyle.com, or simply Book a Meeting Room Now.  We try to schedule you in your preferred space as often as possible and we always bill in a half hour increments.
Not at Ridgeway Business Center. Our receptionist is here to greet your guests, sign for packages, answer your phones (if you have that package). We answer calls from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We answer using your company name, transfer to your office or cell phone, announce the name of the caller, and you decide whether to take the call or leave a voicemail message. The main benefit to live telephone answering is that it’s tailored just to you. The same person answers your phone each time it rings. Give us your instructions; change them daily if you like.

Voicemail to email service is also included so you’ll never miss a thing.

The most popular options are to forward calls to a cell phone or to have voicemail answer with each message delivered to your e-mail in a .wav file.
Absolutely! We can help you many ways. For example, we can do word processing, presentations, binding, outgoing mail preparation, copying, scanning. Ask us, we can probably help you out. Best part is you only pay for what you use.
